While it’s best to aim for 10 or more properties, your first goal for the portfolio should be one or two if you are not a seasoned investor. This is so you can mentally and emotionally prepare yourself to build a larger portfolio.

So now all you need to decide is how many properties you’d you like to have in your portfolio!
