ABOUT BTLI

Image

Buy To Let Investors is a property sourcing company that also offers free property investment advice. We started life as a group of like-minded investors who realised we could combine our purchasing power to negotiate large discounts and special deals with developers.

We're extremely fussy about the small print so only about a tenth of the proposed deals make it past our strict due diligence testing and onto our books. We believe in friendly straight-talking and will always make you fully aware of any potential risks as well as benefits involved when making a purchase. We won't ask you to attend expensive seminars or purchase manuals from us - our goal is to help you build a strong Buy To Let property portfolio in a responsible, informed fashion, without paying through the nose.

At any one time we're typically investigating around 10-20 developments. If we get a suitable offer we immediately make a site visit: check out the area, the size of the development and do 'the basics' - check rental demand and values, how many units are going to investors, etc. If we feel it's necessary we'll also get an independent RICS survey completed, if this stacks up we compile a report and revisit the site to finalise the negotiations before offering it to our members.

Our main deals tend to include discounts of 10-25%. We prefer to arrange the finance through our specialist lending providers to ensure the discounts genuinely cover the deposits, without the need for 'creative' accounting methods. Also, where possible you will only have to find the reservation fee. To find out more about our current deals please see our Property Deals section. We look forward to helping you build your property portfolio!

"It has become increasingly difficult over the past couple of years to source the right deals, Buy To Let Investors fill that gap by coming up with great deals time and time again. It gives you confidence from day one when you know that the Buy To Let Investor team actually purchase the deals for themselves. As well as investments in the UK I have now followed them abroad in some of the best deals I have come across anywhere. The last three properties I have purchased have all come from the team."

Martyn Hicks, Property Investor and Developer

"A most professional company providing excellent service with all the help and assistance you need. Very confident."

Stephen Flanagan, Property Investor
